1. All books must be returned to the following address :

2.Library users are responsible for ensuring that all library materials are returned in good condition, that is, in the same condition as when the items were checked out.

3.Please be certain library materials are securely packaged with plastic/bubble wrap before mailing them and all mailing/courier/delivery cost shall be borne by the user.

4.Kindly contact Officer Mrs Siti Salwa via email siti_salwa@uitm.edu.my / 03 5544 3718 or WhatsApp 017 3726227 before making any parcel delivery arrangement.

5.Fill up this online form and submit. Users are responsible to monitor parcel tracking and contact us immediately if parcel fail to deliver.

6.Users may check your library account on item status.
